We understand that finding the right care for a loved one can be a deeply emotional and often overwhelming process. That’s why we’ve made it a priority to keep our costs simple, honest, and fully transparent.  Everything you need to know about pricing is available right here on our website—no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no confusing fine print. The total monthly cost is clearly outlined so you can plan ahead with confidence and peace of mind. We believe that transparency is a key part of trust, and we're committed to making this journey a little easier for you—starting with the truth about what it costs.  

There are two simple components that together determine the total monthly cost.  The Room Rate and the Level of Care Rate.

Room Rate

We have 3 different Room Rates based on the type of room chosen. (All Room Rates include - housekeeping, laundry, 3 meals a day plus snacks, 24 hour supervision with basic assistance at the touch of a button, all utilities,  planned activities, assistance managing medical appointments and with arranging transportation, and more…

Shared Room (2 residents per room) - $2,400

Private Room (includes private bathroom) - $3,800

XL Private Room (larger room and bathroom) - $4,100

Level of Care Rate

The Level of Care Rate is based on the amount of routine assistance an individual requires when performing specific daily tasks.  These tasks are broken into categories where, depending on the level of care required, a point value is assigned. The points are then totaled to determine the final Level of Care Rate.  That may sound a bit complicated, but don’t worry.  It is very easy to determine the Level of Care Rate using our Level of Care Tool.    

There are 6 potential Care Levels:

        Level  I - $0          Level  II - $400          Level III  - $800

          Level  IV  - $1,200         Level  V - $1,700       Level  VI - $2,200                                          

Total Monthly Cost

Room Rate + Level of Care Rate = Total Monthly Cost.  That’s it.  No Move-in fees, no admin fees, no made up fees of any kind.  And there is no long term lease agreement.  We require a 1 month minimum (first month is non-refundable), but after that any partial months are pro-rated by the day,  Easy, straight forward,  honest pricing, right?  Now all you need to do is come see us, you’ll be glad that you did.
